Good morning, Member

Surprise! Sethia here—didn’t expect my name to pop up this morning, did you? I’m just jumping in while our lovely Emerald enjoys her well-deserved holiday. Speaking of which, it’s only November, but the holiday itch is definitely alive and well! I keep telling myself to be calm and sensible… but those decoration boxes are calling my name! Do you start decorating early, or do you hold off until the last minute? Oh, and are you going for a theme this year? I’m taking notes (and maybe stealing ideas).

Before we jump into the nitty-gritty, let’s solve yesterday’s riddle. Here’s a refresher: I’m the bloom admired on nights out, with thorns but gentle petals all about. A fragrant gift that many hold sincere. What am I that often brings good cheer?

Now, let’s keep those brain gears turning! Unscramble this: S N A T E R O M N

Share your guesses in the forum, and your name might just land in tomorrow’s shout-out! As for today’s lineup, we’ve packed it with the essentials: How to check for your unclaimed credit card rewards, the newest scam targeting seniors, Amazon’s sneaky “Black Friday pricing trick”, and more!

Here’s an un-boring way to invest that billionaires have quietly leveraged for decades

If you have enough money that you think about buckets for your capital…

Ever invest in something you know will have low returns—just for the sake of diversifying?

CDs… Bonds… REITs… :(

Sure, these “boring” investments have some merits. But you probably overlooked one historically exclusive asset class:

It’s been famously leveraged by billionaires like Bezos and Gates, but just never been widely accessible until now.

It outpaced the S&P 500 (!) overall WITH low correlation to stocks, 1995 to 2025.*

It’s not private equity or real estate. Surprisingly, it’s postwar and contemporary art.

And since 2019, over 70,000 people have started investing in SHARES of artworks featuring legends like Banksy, Basquiat, and Picasso through a platform called Masterworks.

  • 23 exits to date

  • $1,245,000,000+ invested

  • Annualized net returns like 17.6%, 17.8%, and 21.5%

My subscribers can SKIP their waitlist and invest in blue-chip art.

Investing involves risk. Past performance not indicative of future returns. Reg A disclosures at masterworks.com/cd

The Time When Brown Was the Home Decor King

There was a time when almost every home in America seemed to come in one color. Brown sofas, carpet, curtains, and even brown Tupperware sitting on the counter. It might look funny now, but that warm, wood-paneled look was part of daily life for many. What’s the first brown item that pops into your mind when you see this? You can almost imagine him telling stories from his younger days or asking where he set down his reading glasses.
