Good morning, Member

Rise and shine, dear GrayViners! Have you had your morning drink yet? I’ve been trying to cut back on sugar, but for the life of me, I just can’t bring myself to drink coffee plain—it’s too bitter for me! 😩 How about you? Do you take your coffee black, or with a little cream and sugar? I’m curious to see how the rest of our GrayViners take theirs!

Let’s solve yesterday’s riddle: I sit on tables when birthdays near. With frosting sweet, I bring you cheer. Each year you wish, and I appear. What am I?

The answer? It’s birthday cake! Kudos to our brilliant Riddle Masters!

For your next challenge, try to unscramble this: L A M I F Y

Send in your answer and you might see your name in tomorrow’s winners list! Ready for today’s stories? We’ve got a nationwide recall, SNAP and Social Security updates, Dolly Parton family news, and the month’s best food and grocery deals.

Do red cars cost more to insure?

You may have heard the myth that red cars cost more to insure, often with varying reasons why. The truth is, the color of your car has nothing to do with your premium. Insurance companies are more interested in your vehicle’s make, model, age, safety features, and your driving history. What’s not a myth, though — is that people really can save a ton of money by switching insurers. Check out Money’s car insurance tool to see if you could, too.
